We put our house on the market (with another agent) just as the market started to slump. It remained on the market for almost a year and a half with many reductions in price but not one measly offer. Although we really liked our agent, it got to the point we needed someone more connected and more aggressive to sell our house especially since we’d already relocated and were paying two mortgages. Kathleen was highly recommended to us and after just one meeting we not only fell in love with her, but our dwindling spirits rose once again. Within weeks of being on the market we got an offer and sold our house. At closing (the third attempt) the buyers still ran into a snag with their lenders. They had already moved out of their apartment and had all their belonging in a moving van expecting to move in that day. Kathleen was able to communicate our major concerns without disrespect or losing the deal. In the long run because of Kathleen’s leadership and personal commitment both us and the sellers were able to have a win-win situation.

Based on her commitment to taking care of our family we recommended her services to close family friends who had been struggling with the sale of their home for over a year. She sold their house in less than 60 days.

I listed my farm with Kathleen Sterling after looking at some property that she had listed. She impressed me so much from her personality and the wonderful job she did on showing the home and answering all our questions on the parcel I was looking at, I knew I wanted her as my realtor for my farm. When I was looking to relocate back to Columbus, I had quite a few months to look at houses while in the process of selling my home in Pittsburgh. About once a month I'd make the trip to Columbus and have another 20 or so houses to look at each time. There were one or two that I kept repeatedly visiting. I drug poor Kathleen to well over a hundred houses in a four month period of time. She was wonderful! Not only did she happily schedule and plan each trip so we could maximize my time in Columbus, but she was patient and supportive of my need to "see it all".
