I listed my farm with Kathleen Sterling after looking at some property that she had listed.      We had our house on the market for over 180 days without any offers.  Kathleen met with us and quickly understood our need and set up a strategy to sell our home.  Kathleen has a knack for getting to know her client and fostering a relationship of trust and respect.  She had an acceptable offer in less than 10 days.

We put our house on the market (with another agent) just as the market started to slump.  It remained on the market for almost a year and a half with many reductions in price but not one measly offer.  Although we really liked our agent, it got to the point we needed someone more connected and more aggressive to sell our house especially since we’d already relocated and were paying two mortgages.  Kathleen was highly recommended to us and after just one meeting we not only fell in love with her, but our dwindling spirits rose once again.  Within weeks of being on the market we got an offer and sold our house.  At closing (the third attempt) the buyers still ran into a snag with their lenders.  They had already moved out of their apartment and had all their belonging in a moving van expecting to move in that day.
